Customers are responsible for providing correct details, clear instructions, and legal content. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information, wrong links, or unclear requirements.

Delivery time depends on the video type, order size, and customer instructions. Most orders are delivered within the estimated time, but complex orders may take longer.

Revisions are available for small changes such as text, captions, scenes, voiceover, or style adjustments. A full video remake may require an extra charge.

Lemorza has the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates our policies, includes prohibited content, or creates legal or safety risks.

By placing an order, you agree that Lemorza will create a custom digital service based on your provided information.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the use of this website, or any services purchased from Lemorza shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter through good-faith communication and mutual discussion.
