All orders are delivered digitally through email, download link, Google Drive link, or another approved digital delivery method after the order is completed.

Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours after we receive complete order details, including your product link, brand information, images, logo, script, or instructions.

Delivery time may depend on:

Since all Lemorza products are digital services, there are:

  • No physical delivery
  • No tracking number for shipping

To avoid delays, customers must provide correct and complete details at the time of order. This may include:

Revisions

If your order includes revisions, you may request small changes after delivery. Revisions may include adjustments to captions, scenes, voiceover, product placement, image style, or small creative details.

Major changes, full remakes, or new concepts may require an additional charge.

Wrong Email or Missing Details

Lemorza is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses, wrong links, missing files, unclear instructions, or incomplete order information provided by the customer.
