Cancellation Policy

At Lemorza, we create customized AI product advertisements, product images, UGC-style videos, spokesperson videos, and other digital advertising content. Because each order is created according to the customer’s specific requirements, the following cancellation terms apply.

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

Customers may request cancellation before our team has started working on the order.

If the cancellation is approved before production begins, the customer may receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Begun

Once research, planning, scripting, image generation, video production, editing, voice generation, or any other part of the creative process has started, the order cannot be cancelled for a full refund.

Depending on the amount of work already completed, Lemorza may offer:

  • A partial refund;

  • Store credit; or

  • Delivery of the work completed up to the cancellation date.

The amount offered will be determined by Lemorza based on the time, tools, resources, and production costs already used.

3. Completed or Delivered Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled after the final content has been completed or delivered.

A request for changes after delivery will be handled according to the revision terms included with the purchased package and will not be treated as a cancellation.

4. Failure to Provide Required Information

Customers are responsible for providing all required product images, branding materials, instructions, scripts, links, preferences, and other requested information.

If the customer does not provide the required information within 14 days of placing the order, Lemorza may place the order on hold, close the order, or deliver the work using the available information.

Orders delayed because of missing customer information are not eligible for cancellation or refund after production has started.

5. Change of Mind

A change of mind, change in business plans, accidental purchase, or decision not to use the completed advertisement does not qualify for cancellation once production has begun.

Customers should carefully review the selected service, package, quantity, and order details before completing payment.

6. Advertising Platform Results

Lemorza provides creative content and does not guarantee sales, conversions, engagement, advertising approval, or specific campaign performance.

An advertisement being rejected, restricted, or underperforming on platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Google does not qualify the order for cancellation or refund unless the issue was directly caused by Lemorza failing to follow the confirmed order requirements.

7. Duplicate Orders

Customers who accidentally place the same order more than once must contact Lemorza immediately.

A duplicate order may be cancelled only if production has not started. Payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund.

8. Cancellation by Lemorza

Lemorza may cancel an order if:

  • The requested content is unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, or prohibited;

  • The customer does not provide sufficient information;

  • The customer behaves abusively toward our team;

  • The order cannot reasonably be completed as requested;

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity is suspected; or

  • The request violates our service terms or the rules of a relevant platform.

If Lemorza cancels an order before production begins, an appropriate refund may be issued. If substantial work has already been completed, production costs may be deducted.

9. How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official support channel and should include:

  • Customer name;

  • Email address used for the order;

  • Order number; and

  • Reason for cancellation.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically confirm that the order has been cancelled. The cancellation becomes effective only after written confirmation from Lemorza.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or cryptocurrency network. Lemorza is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers must contact Lemorza and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent, false, or unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services, cancellation of active orders, and the submission of order records and proof of delivery to the payment provider.

12. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Lemorza, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation Policy.
